At EQT, our guiding light principles are deeply rooted in the maxims of equity

We believe that true freedom is not about doing as one pleases but living a life of honor, integrity, and responsibility. Living free means operating above reproach, honoring your commitments, and treating your fellow man with respect and fairness. Our mission is to help you secure your family's future and assets while maintaining these core values, ensuring you live a life of true autonomy and honor.

Our Mission

At EQT, we’re passionate about helping people untangle the complicated mess they’ve unknowingly gotten into—whether that’s through contracts, legal battles, or just the everyday entanglements of living in a system that doesn’t always work in your favor. We’re here to guide you out of that maze, whether it’s about protecting your family, securing what’s yours, or navigating legal challenges. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge and tools to stand firm, to manage your own affairs with confidence, and to take back control of your life and legacy. This isn’t just about you—it’s about creating something lasting for your children, so they can thrive in the private, free from unnecessary liabilities. We want to help you and your family reclaim your God-given rights and live with true freedom.

Living in the Private

Our Story

EQT was birthed out of trial and error, and countless experiences of finding ourselves at the mercy of the courts. We discovered that the system we all grew up in is deeply flawed. After navigating through multiple patriotic and sovereign movements, and spending the equivalent of a college education on solutions from various gurus that were never put to the test, we still found ourselves at the mercy of the courts.

Our journey was driven by the necessity to protect our children. Feeling insecure and vulnerable to the power of the state when it comes to our kids opened our eyes. It was through these challenges and relentless pursuit that we forged our path. Trial and error, countless hours of study, and presenting documents before judges have brought us to where we are today. Our confidence in the principles of equity is unwavering, and we firmly believe that equity will prevail every time.

Our Name

Erie Quincy Tompkins, is a name that pays homage to the groundbreaking case Erie Railroad v. Tompkins, which had a profound impact on equitable remedies. Our choice of "Quincy" draws inspiration from the legacy of abolitionist President John Quincy Adams, a staunch advocate for equity. The name Quincy is positioned strategically between "Erie" and "Tompkins," symbolizing the restoration of clarity and separation between Federal and State laws once again.

At Erie Quincy Tompkins, we strive to follow in the footsteps of President Adams by liberating minds and lives from the chains of today's legal system. We take immense pride in meticulously crafting documents, imbuing each page with our distinctive EQT logo, a cryptic yet intentional symbol representing the application of equity. Through our services, we bring clarity to our clients' true status as creditors and empower them to embrace equity in their own lives and the narratives of their family legacies. Join us on this transformative journey - together, we can make a difference.
